You should actually NOT be trying to self cleanse.

This is because the debuff actually has two components.
1- A small DoT for the duration
2- A large dmg AoE explostion (5 yd) that triggers when the debuff expires.

#2 happens instantly when you cleanse the debuff.

Following more adventures in Pug-land, I have now tanked & downed 6/7 Heroic Highmaul bosses. I learned tons, including different ways of doing Tectus, Twins, and Ko'ragh.

The good news is that our numbers aren't too far off of where they need to be. Just need the right strats and execution!

Following last night's post raid discussion, we would like to follow up on the interest in additional raiding times.

I strongly recommend learning this fight in LFR. The execution is identical, especially for dealing with the ground fire. It is not a DPS race, especially if you can clear Tectus/Brackenspore/H.Kargath. It is an execution check.

Key mechanics:
- Quake
- Enfeebling Roar
- Interrupting Shout ...

This guy is basically the same exact fight as normal~! Just hits a little harder and has a little more life.

I feel that Brackenspore, Twin Ogrons, and Heroic Kargath are actually easier than normal Tectus. I recommend you try H.Kargath > Brackenspore > Twin Ogrons.
