Farewell of sorts

As many of you are aware of, I have become heavily invested in raiding progression outside of the guild. This started out simply as an outlet for me to tank, then became a means for me to get my additional raiding time, but has now evolved into my primary raiding venue. I have found myself as a main tank for a stable PUG group, which has proved to be tremendously successful (currently have heroic highmaul 7/7 on farm).

Thing is, that PUG has evolved into a guild, and one with mythic level raiding aspirations. Of course, in order to push into Mythic raids, the players need to coalesce unto a single server. Unfortunately this guild is not on Uldum.


After having given it a lot of thought, and speaking to Pocky about it at length, I have decided to transfer Calycemett to Blackwing Lair (a PVP server!) in order to attempt mythic raiding.

As part of the transfer, Calycemett will no longer be part of Schadenfreude, though all my alts are still around. Since we now live in a world of cross-realm functionality, I'll still be within easy reach and available to group/play/raid with. You just won't see Caly in guild chat any longer. And I won't be around to die in a fire if you guys ever try out mythic.


Schaden is more than a guild: it's family. Please don't think of me leaving the family, I'm just accepting a new job that's requiring a relocation.
