Notes for Patch 0.4

General:
All of the sections have been given titles to make them easier to find.
The term "raid period" has been changed to "week of raiding", and the term "guild raids" has been specified to be "25-person guild raids".
Definitions:
These have been added to help clarify the purpose of the RLR. Tweaking has been done to them, but overall they should be balanced now.
