ZG is very easy for 1 dps (with a spell interrupt and a little aoe) and 1 healer to mostly clear. IMO, Bloodlord, Hakkar, and Jinndo need 3. And clearing the whole thing, trash and all, is a little over an hour for those few. So anyone needing the achievement or rep, we can do this about twice a week- ZG is on a 3-day reset, rather than 1 week.
MC we dipped into with a few 80's: it's easy peasy all the way to Rags.
AQ40: Andy and I got invited to a pug run, it had ~20 lv80's, and was done in 1 hour. Only one fight requires strategy (Twin Emps), Viscidious requires frost damage to kill (we had him to 1 hp but wouldn't die until frozen & shattered), and C'thun is a simple 3 phases. But other than that, everyone's free to just zerg along. Though the pug plans to run it weekly and we could probably bring anyone along, I'd love to bring the guild through on this. I mean, we really do deserve a guild kill shot with C'thun as the backdrop!
Though we didn't do AQ20 nor Onyxia, we can certainly go there if anyone's interested. AQ20 would be another ~1hr run, and Ony is 1 hr divided by the # people who go, approximately.
