I know a lot of healers use Grid + clike. Anyone still use healbot? that's what i used back in the BC days.
I can heal a 5 man with the default UI, but my brain would xplode in a raid.
Good healing add-ons?

Re: Good healing add-ons?
I'd like to know this, too, for when (if?) my druid hits 80. She will be Resto/???? (probably Balance, though if we need more heroic tanks, I guess I could make her Feral).
I think Andy mentioned Grid?

I use Grid and Clique, but mostly because I'm an alt-aholic and don't want to switch between addons depending on which character I'm playing. Grid and clique are highly customizable, but that does mean that out-of-the-box, they will probably not really work. You'll have to fiddle a bit. Grid also has tons of plugins to further customize it.

I use a HEAVILY custom version of grid and clique as well. Clique and grid work fantastically together.
That's pretty much it, i never have grid off, even on my dps characters!

Re: Good healing add-ons?
Yes, Grid and Clique here as well. Clique is very straightforward, it's just assigning certain mouse buttons or modifier key combination + mouse buttons to different spells. Grid is not so easy, as you have to actually set up things the way you want.
Both of them have a bit of a learning curve where you have to train yourself that Ctrl-Clicking on a player casts Rejuvenation or whatever but it becomes muscle memory after a while. I still keep my action bars the same so when I got flustered I could still hit 4 to Rejuv people if I couldn't remember which was which. Okay, that didn't happen with Rejuv, but sometimes with some of the lesser used spells. Grid you have to get used to learning which colored dots/bar/border means what, but since you set it up yourself, it isn't that hard. I'd also recommend getting some of the Grid addons which provide additional data sources or data display options, like edge dots and mana bars and raid debuffs.
On Werehamster, I have the following, if I can remember it all off the top of my head:
Click/Right click no change
Ctrl-Click: Rejuvenation
Alt-Click: Nature's Swiftness
Shift-Click: Lifebloom
Ctrl-Alt-Click: Wild Growth
Shift-Alt-Click: Nourish
Ctrl-Shift-Click: Regrowth
Shift-Ctrl-Alt-Click: Swiftmend
Ctrl-Right Click: Remove Curse
Alt-Right Click: Nature's Touch
Shift-Right Click: Abolish Poison
Shift-Alt-Right Click: Mark of the Wild
Ctrl-Alt-Right Click: Thorns
Mouse4: Rejuvenation
Mouse5: Lifebloom
Ctrl-Mouse4: Swiftmend
Ctrl-Mouse5: Wild Growth
And in Grid:
Top Left: Abolish Poison (Bright Green, Medium Green with 5 seconds left, Dark Green with 2 seconds left)
Top: Aggro (Red/Orange/Yellow, etc.)
Top Right: Regrowth (Green, dimming as above)
Right: Living Seed (Bright Green)
Bottom Right: Wild Growth (Bright Yellow, dimming)
Bottom: Lifebloom (Dark Green one stack, medium green two stacks, bright green three stacks)
Bottom Left: Rejuvenation (Bright Purple, dimming)
Left: Mark of the Wild (Bright Purple, only if missing)
Border: Purple if cursed, Green if poisoned, yellow if in a vehicle, white with Light Essence and Grey if Dark Essence (Twin Valkyr fight)
Top Text: Name (first five characters)
Bottom Text: "n-s.ss" where n is the number of HoTs on the target and s.ss is the time remaining on Lifebloom, same coloration as lifebloom dot.
Center Icon: Ready Check/Raid Debuff
Top Bar: Horizontal Life Bar
Bottom Bar: Horizontal Mana/Rage/Energy/Runic Power bar
And the entire thing dims out if the person is more than 40 yards away.
And then there's the mostly different set of clicks and grid settings I use for Bluesweetie...

Re: Good healing add-ons?
I use healbot. Its great in 5 and 10 man, but not the best in 25. I'm tweaking it almost each 25 man raid I run and its slowly getting better.
I'm considering giving Vuhdo a try, I like the look of it. http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addo ... vuhdo.aspx
