I know my DPS is kinda lame at the moment, it actually got better with my recent respec, but I'm still wondering what the heck I am doing wrong.

And I've already talked to several people who have moonkins as mains...it'll work out and like one day you'll be like geez!

and I will be like "FINALLY!"
But, yeah, WOO let's go ToGC25...eventually, I think I need another month of gearing up with more T9....I hear 4 piece bonus of T9 is awesome.

This may not be the best place for it, but if you don't mind I'll put in some of my baby boomkin input!
First of all, 2 of your major glyphs don't really add much to your DPS. Rebirth and Focus should be replaced with Moonfire and IS. Glyphs of MF/IS/Starfire are generally accepted to be the best moonkin DPS glyphs.
Regarding talents, you should remove your points in Genesis and put them in moonglow. Also you need to sneak in Omen of Clarity because it's very good. You can follow Tsundere's spec which is mostly the ideal, except with your gear you can probably take the points out of intensity and put them into Imp Insect Swarm (assuming you don't have many mana issues). Since you have 2pc t9, you can probably go with 2 points in Imp MF and 1 pt in moonglow. Also if you desire, you can remove the point in Typhoon, and finish maxing out Imp IS. Even though Typhoon is a little dangerous (a lot dangerous if you talk to certain people), but wise usage can net huge bursts of AE dps, and also weaving it into AE encounters can proc Nature's Grace and Omen of Clarity, which makes hurricane spam really really really really really good, and all for 1 talent point! With all the jabber out of the way, the best spec might end up looking like
http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?druid#Z ... X,kdJ,9901
I still have major mana issues so I have points in intensity and moonglow.
Regarding gear, the currently ideal tier pieces for our level of boomkin are 2pc T9 and 2pc T8. I hope you kept your 2pcT8, because the only way 4pcT9 will overtake 2pc t8/t9 is if you're wearing 4pc t9 + 258 offset pieces, which is currently not attainable by Schad.
And in regards to rotation, well, me and Pekk have differing ideas on MF/iS uptime but he seems to be doing better than me in instances so maybe he's right. But we can talk more about this stuff in game if you're interested!

Tsundere has used Typhoon in many occasions, such as in hToC5, where he typhooned the group of 3 trash in front of the 2nd boss, but another group also came to join the fight, so we have 6 priests/monks/lightbringers.
Another example would be in AN, before the 1st boss with the 3 groups of adds. He would typhoon 1 group, and then another group of adds plus the boss would come wipe us, as if we try doing Watch Him Die but ended up doing Watch Us Die instead.
Also Starfall was another dangerous thing that Tsundere did. The Split Personality boss in Nexus, for example... One time we were in there and we triggered "hard mode"... as in, adds from outside of the boss room joined in on our fight

I bet you've never seen that before

Typhoon isn't worth the global cooldown, because it scales so poorly with spellpower and haste, doesn't trigger eclipse, and costs almost 3 times as much as wrath, and twice as much as starfire. Nor do I think that gale winds is worth the talent points, because most boss fights don't involve any AOE, or at least any AOE to the point that casting hurricane would be better overall DPS than your standard single target wrath/starfire spam. I haven't actually played Bosar in a while, but with ToC25 gear, you probably don't need full intensity, and could place a point from there in ISS.

I've been listening, Ian. ^^ I no longer have Typhoon OR Gale Winds. ^_^ But, sadly I'm still not quite doing the OMGBOOMKIN DPS I think I should be. :/ I'll get there though, I've at least narrowed it down to a combo of gear/set bonuses, etc. Now, it's just a matter of getting there.

There's no reason to strawman here. Typhoon is situational, and is not worth using against Patchwerk or a Target dummy. But it's handy in AOE situations for a chance to proc NG/OoC in between hurricane spams. It's also instant, so it can be used on the run. Most boss encounters require you to move so having an extra button to push isn't a bad thing. I can't argue with most boss fights not involving AOE, but when a fight does involve AOE (Anub25 especially, thorim, razorscale, freya, and others I'm probably forgetting) it's an enormous boost.
When all is said and done and you don't have mana issues, all you really lose if you take Typhoon/Gale Winds is one point in Improved Insect Swarm (Which leaves it at 2/3). If you really wanted to maximize your single target damage one could put points in Brambles or Genesis, but those are weak dps talents point for point. At the end of the day though, I'll trade in one point in Imp Insect Swarm (which really is the sticking point because it's the last worthwhile single target DPS talent) and get a huge boost in AOE damage. So it boils down to preference, but I'll defend Typhoon as long as it's worth the single talent point it requires.

We need to have a few ToGC10 runs going before we consider ToGC25, just to gear people up for some of the gear/skill checks. I wouldn't want to be doing ToGC25 until we have at least 18-20 people who have completed it...
