First off good job on progression this week folks. Vizier is definitely a fight that is a mechanics check as opposed to a hard burn, so that plays in our favor since we (hopefully) are more organized then the average pug/lfr. Hopefully we can clean up the kill next week so that we can work on other things. As for Mogushan we pretty much have the first two bosses on farm, even if Feng is an asshole and doesn't give me lightning fists, and Spirit Kings again is just mechanics so yay for that. Spirit Binder is probably the most difficult of the 4 bosses we've downed, but tends to not be an issue when everyone is focused and not disconnecting.
So with that we go to what we want to do next week. I'm pretty sure the consensus is two dive into heart of fear first and down Vizier again, since better loots. Now do we want to make a foray on the Bladelord? He is a heavy mechanics fight, but there is a soft enrage mechanic as well as a hard enrage that kicks in at about 8 minutes. At 130M HP he's got significantly less then Vizier but again we'll have to see what happens if we try him. All that being said I throw it out to the guild as to what we do next week. Do we want to dive into HoF and attempt progression? and if so everyone needs to make sure they have flasks ready to go or at the least to ask for them before we dive in. I haven't parsed through the logs yet, but just based on what I'm seeing in raid we're definitely picking up on the DPS, since I have to yell for slow down on Feng much sooner then before which is good and bad depending on how you look at it. Anyways that's my two cents so chime in with your thoughts.

I'm down for either Bladelord or Elegon. I hear both have very hard enrage timers. We can 3 heal at first just to get mechanics down, but I believe we may have to move down to 2 heal. If I had to choose... I'd say blade lord first since gear is better... and mechanic-wise it seems a bit easier
Blade lord:
Seems more like bursty dmg (every time he does his unseen strike)
Mechanics seem easier than Elegon; unless you dont know how to strafe around tornadoes...
Just need to deal with positioning in phase 1
Elegon:
More mechanics to learn
Does not favor melee at all
Damage seems constant and rough
