LFR no longer loot pinata

For anyone that's not been keeping up with the LFR changes, lots of good info here:

Biggest highlights:

- Loot allocation has been completely reworked. you no longer roll greed/need. Blizzard decides who in the raid party gets gear randomly, and they get a class/spec appropriate piece from that boss. Leave your QQ when you queue.

- It's harder (supposedly?). 'no longer a loot pinata'. I expect a lot of ragers/quitters in the opening days when folks start to work out that they can't go afk and get gear.

- 460 ilvl requirement (recent announcement, may not be implemented).

When I checked, the 460 requirement is in place.

I know this because I'm sitting at 459.
