I finally dug up my Vial of the Sands recipe; Canopic Jar #47. So, for those that want to transform into a dragon and be ridden by others, I'll be happy to make one for you at-cost! I'm a bit low on Truegold at the time of this posting, but transmuting is the way to go since proc'd extras could happen.

Since mounts are soon to be account wide, I'd like to take you up on your offer, Tony.
Does Yasmin have a faction? I can't tell form wowhead, I'm assuming not. She's not in Ramkahan. If I'm doing my math correctly, the vendor purchased mats are 29000 (5000 for the vial and 8x3000 for the sands). Without a faction discount but with bartering this will be 26,100.
I will take stock on my trugold and flask supplies. This might take me a couple weeks to collect the mats.
