Sub-category of torhead.com: http://www.torhead.com/guides/swtor-for-the-wow-player
The most interesting thing for WoW players to know early on: "bind points" are not like inn hearth points- you can learn all the bind points, and you can use quick travel to go to any of them, 30m cd. So use the map and find out what the icon is, find the first one so you know what they look like!

Found a site for Crew Skills

http://www.swtorcrewskills.com/

Edit: Ok, it's not very good so far... but hopefully, they'll update it soon.

One thing I've been finding useful on torhead.com is their quest database. They give you all the chat options and which option will make your companions like/dislike you and by how much. There is a summary at the top that says how much you can get for each companion. That can help you decide which companion to take out for the RP portions of the quest.

It also can tell you if a specific companion has cut scenes. You may want to bring that companion along to see them.

It unfortunately takes a lot of the fun out of the role playing, but it does let you optimize how much your companions like you. I'm still deciding if the loss of RP fun is worth it. The whole point to questing in SW:TOR is the RP fun. You can always bribe your companions later on.
