Guild picture 2011

Hello all,

Since many of us will be at Blizzcon this year, I'm thinking that maybe we could get together for another guild picture.

This time, I'd like to suggest we do it just outside, since Katy and I won't be inside. >.>;

Who would be up for this?

This should be relatively easy to coordinate, since most of us are only a text message away from other people who will be there.

I don't know exactly where San and I will be, roaming about in costume, but I have heard that the cosplayers' photoshoot gathering would be ~1.5hrs before the contest.. which looks like 4:30 by the fountain. So sometime before then would be good to get us outside too!

Update to my availability- I'm in the costume contest! I have to be at the staging area by 4:30. Before that, the cosplayer's photoshoot by the fountain will be 3-3:30pm. So anytime prior to 3pm Friday, or Saturday, I want in the guild shot! ...does someone have a guild banner to throw down?

I imagine most people wouldn't have a problem stepping out for a bit for a photo. We're all pretty much a phone call/text message away.

It looks like the most likely time will be between 12 PM and 1PM on Saturday.

Well, it wouldn't be far from the convention center. Probably between it and one of the hotels.

So, who all is going to be in the area but not attending the convention?

IIRC, it's about an hour drive from where I'll be staying to the convention area.

I'd prefer not to drive down, take a pic, drive back, then have to drive down again for dinner later that night if at all possible.

Perhaps something a little closer to the planned dinner so myself and any other parties that may not be attending the con proper can find something in the area to do in the meantime?

If I'm the only one in this situation, I guess I'll just deal with it.

Well, Katy, Chris, and I will be hanging out with Anju before the dinner (We need to figure meeting and such out, hon). We're not sure what we're doing yet.

Disneyland was an idea, but we're using most of our spare cash just to get down. ^_^;;

Also, does anyone have Hildur's contact info? Is she renting a phone? If so, please PM me the info. Thanks!
