We definitely, 100% need to two-tank this fight. This means that we will have 5 people at any given time who need to worry about shards of torment, and I think 4 should be in a loose clump - the 5th should be near healers just in case the shard hits near them. The Decimation Blade tank should also stack stam trinkets - it means that the time they have to tank the boss at the start of the fight is lowered. I noticed that Cliff would hit 246k, and if his starting stam was just a tad higher, we would've had an earlier tank swap. That's a more minor detail.
What two-tanking will do is that it will let the healers be much more leisurely about picking up stacks of Vital Spark - you can probably go Regrowth, nourish, nourish, nourish, etc. without having to burn through nearly as much mana. For other healers you could save mana with things like penance, holy light, LHW, etc. Then, you'll only need to heal through 240k health for Decimation Blade (which is way more manageable than the 400k my health bar asked you for - I do see how it'll get "easier" when the fight gets shorter, but as it is, our DPS was lookling like we wanted a 4-5 minute fight).
I think that, once we regulate mana and tank switches, we'll have this fight pretty much down. You guys did great at talking to each other to say who had the shard and who didn't.

If I'd known stam was the issue, I could've stacked stam trinkets to help that a little.

I'm a fan of trying this. It's entirely possible to both 2-tank and use a tank to soak the first 25 Torment stacks. The Decimation Blade tank starts on the boss, the MT soaks the first crystal and then taunts. Typically this means the Decimation Blade tank has 1 or 2 more stacks of Blaze of Glory than is strictly needed, but as long as the MT has enough cooldowns for early Inferno Blades this isn't a big deal.
