This appears to come from the fishin' daily, and with the changes in 3.1 so you can just click on fishing training to train fishing (instead of having to quest all over the map), is it worth the min-max time to squeeze an extra 6 stam out of a slot?

How much is 6 stam really worth? How much fishing will you have to do, how many dailies till it drops? Rhetorical questions- if someone gets this while fishing and it's useful, it's a perk. If it's not useful (like for me, where I have no pure +stam gems) this is just vendorfood.

from what I understand, there's a whole series of monocolor stormjewels, with slightly better stats than the blue versions.
