The crafted gear looks nice. I'll slowly be collecting mats for some of it. They finally added stuff that won't suck for feral druids =]
I'll probably craft one of those polearms until EPICFIRECAT
I'm always a slow farmer, so unless I have the need for my trugold xmute, I'm happy to give it to anyone else. I'm not xmute spec'd though.
Interesting things in the patch notes:
* 10 new rare tamable beasts have been added, each of which provides a unique taming challenge. Will you be the first hunter to tame Deth'tilac, the rarest and most powerful of them all? Players will need to progress through the Hyjal Regrowth and Molten Front daily questing areas in order to unlock access to the full gamut of taming challenges.
There are some really neat taming challenges... including basically a raid boss. There's a shale spider with 35M health that can't be tamed until you get him down 9m health. If you into melee range, he uses an ability that 1-shots you.... but that ability also causes him to lose 10% of his health. So it's combination kite-fest... plus bringing along friends who are not long for this world.

* Glyph of Unleashed Lightning (new Prime glyph) allows Lightning Bolt to be cast while moving.
I don't know of any other caster dps class that has one of their main dps spells that you can cast on the run.
* The maximum number of Valor Points which can be earned in a week from any and all applicable dungeons and raids is now 980, down from 1250.
I hadn't noticed this before. Now the max VP you can get from all sources is 980 and that amount CAN be achieved outside of raids. Another thing of note is that current raid bosses reward VERY small amount of valor now (25-35).
PVP stuff is different:
Applicable Season 9 items now cost Honor Points.
Gladiator Weapons
* Season 9 Honor Point weapons will only be purchasable once a required minimum sum of Honor Points has been reached during the current season. For example, Vicious Gladiator's Pike costs 3400 Honor Points to purchase. However, players must first earn a total of 7250 Honor Points during Season 10 before they are able to purchase it.
So if I understand this correctly, I don't need to have an arena rating to get one of these weapons... I just need to first get 7250 HP, and then spend 3400 honor on one? Or is this change orthogonal to the personal rating?
* Addons will no longer be able to intelligently swap items by working with the built-in Equipment Manager.
This falls in the WTF category. Blizzard removes the ability for addons to be smart.
* The order in which characters are listed at the Character Selection screen can now be rearranged and saved.
YAY!!!!! My OCD nature will now be satisfied.
* Recruit-A-Friend now awards bonus experience and free level grants to level 80, up from level 60.
Now if I can just find a time to open my second account and dual-box
EDIT:
Oh and I Just saw this in one of my feral blogs. I suspect it came from a blue post. I didn't see it in the patch notes:
Even More Back! and no more death via KS/FC on magmaw type bosses... awesome. Now there are some encounters where the positional penalty is just too extreme. In 4.2 we have the ability to make the “back” of a boss encompass 240 degrees, and we have done so for bosses like Magmaw, Sinestra and Ragnaros. Furthermore, there are fights where Killing Spree and Feral Charge just kill you. That obviously isn’t acceptable. We have manually added some safeguards to try and manually solve a few encounters, such as Magmaw, but even that isn’t bulletproof and we are investigating more robust and global solutions. But it’s technically challenging given the diversity of our encounters.
