An account got hacked and a fair amount of stuff was looted from the guild bank. Tickets have been opened for reimbursement of the loot.

To add some more info: the accountholder knows they were hacked and are also working with GMs on that. What we lost were the BoEs, gems, herbs, primals. I'm pretty confident we'll be getting stuff back anyway, but the gear would have been mostly unused anyway, I could re-stock the gem supply from my personal stash immediately, the herbs would take a few herbalist-hours, and the primals weren't seeing much use- we're perpetually out of stock on eternals anyway.

Now, if we had lost the food supply, there'd be a reckoning!
