The other thread about the JC dailies leads me to think about a good topic for a Strategy Guide: Just where are all the dailies at? I honestly have little clue, but I'll compile the answers into this post.
Deepholm, Therazane rep: 5 dailies at Friendly/Honored, 6th at Revered:
Four of these, not sure what the exclusion sets are:
Fear of Boring, 10 Gyreworms
Fungal Fury, where you can get a set of debuffs towards an achievement
Glop, son of Glop 10x for The Glop Family Line
Motes, collect 10 Painite Motes
Soft Rock, kill 10 Fungal Behemoths
Through Persistence, Blizzard UI quest helper shows an incorrect area at the moment. The actual area you want to kill mobs for the bag is the top tier at Verlok Stand. Verlok Shroomtenders and Grubthumpers both drop the quest item.

6 dailies only open when Alliance controls Tol Barad.
Stormwind, Cooking: do all 5 for [Achievement]

Therazane has I think 5 at Friendly, 6 at Revered.
Take the portal from Temple of Earth to the Throne, pick up the dailies from the giant NPCs (a couple of them are further away from the rest). When done, take the portal at the Throne back to Temple.
In Uldum there is only 1, and it involves smashing pygmies just SE of Ramkahen.
In Thundermar, Twilight Highlands, there are 5 dailies for the Wildhammer dwarves that involve collecting beer, collecting food, collecting signets, killing a warlord, and an easy escort run.
In Tol Barad Peninsula (north), there are 6-7 I think, I could be wrong. Take the portal from SW. These you can do any time. There are varieties of these dailies that are mutually exclusive. But in general, lots of killing is involved.
In Tol Barad proper (south), there are another 6. These only open up if Alliance has control of Tol Barad, which is like wintergrasp on a 2.5hour timer or something like that. But you don't actually get flagged pvp while doing dailies in there. Once again, there are varieties of these dailies but the interesting thing is that the list of quests actually reset every time after the pvp battle is over. So if you pick up some quests from them earlier today, but you went away, then 3 hours later you came back to try to do them, the quest may no longer be completable because it may now have changed to another mutually exclusive daily. So you will need to drop and pick up the new daily. In general, one of them is a Group quest that involves killing a giant dude that patrols in a circular path. Another one involves killing 12 horde infantry. A 3rd one involves collecting 8 crocolisks hides. And then 1 involves killing 10 mobs in one of the cell blocks. 1 involves collecting X number of stuff inside the cell blocks. And lastly, killing a mini boss mob inside the cell blocks. The mobs in the cell blocks respawn very quickly and can be difficult for some clothies.

There are 6 therazane dailies at friendly/honored. The 3 mushroom dailies are always the same, I believe. Then 3 in the cave, 10 gyreworms always. The you have underground economy exclusive with painite shards, and pebble exclusive with ruby crystal cluster. At revered, you have broodmother or glop.
There are 5-6 dailies in north TB, plus Victory in Tol Barad. I am not sure what affects the number.

There is a daily at the north cliff of Uldum that has you bomb Schnottzis again - this is a horrible, horrible quest and should only be done if you missed the achievement.
