Ah Ha! They did tell me to GTFO

So when my hunter was stealthily following the trails of Nuramoc in Netherstorm, I was noticing I was getting 200exp a kill (at level 70). This confused me. When I moved to Northrend I got 2000exp a kill.

I wanted to see the new Blasted Lands quests, so my mage was hanging out there... she dinged 60 and saw her exp per kill go from 600 to 60.

So I figured this was Blizzard telling me to GTFO out of low level lands and into lands meant for my level.
