Given that I did like 42% of my healing with Power Word: Shield in ICC last night, it seems like improving my shields is probably the best method of improving my healing. So I expect it would be a good idea to trade off haste for mastery, and possibly even spirit for mastery (since I only ran out of mana due to inattention).

Trade crit on EVERY item for mastery that you can, save haste, haste is more important now that they nerfed borrowed time.
Crit is essentially worthless.
Spirit for mastery if you don't have crit to get rid of. You will notice a very significant immediate amazing boost to your shields. This may be only until cataclysm where mass shielding is horribly inefficient, but might still apply since it affects divine aegis as well. Right now disc priests are in a VERY weird place in beta, so we'll see how they adjust us getting closer to launch.
