I must admit...

I must admit, I'm rather vain when it comes to my toon. I will color coordinate the best I can. When I get a new piece of gear, I'll switch my shirt and tabard to match... I'm currently wearing our guild tabard. I'm quite fond of it actually. I find it cute... and it does match the purples in the shaman gear. I wish WoW had the gear recoloring that other MMOs have.

I do have to admit when leveling a toon, I will sometimes choose to dump an upgrade if the upgrade is marginal and the gear is just hideous.

What does it say about me that I have over a bag in my bank full of clothes for when I want to play virtual dress-up of my electronic dolls?

In our guild, you're likely not alone.

I'm totally with ya there! (shocker, I know)

When I was leveling Eva in vanilla, I would specifically camp the AH to find matching plate pieces... It was quite the moment when I would complete a set, even if the stats weren't completely optimal...

I'm kinda bummed I can't do that anymore due to heirloom pieces being just too awesome.

Darn, I couldn't find a screenie when I was still leveling, but I found one of this...

I know not many people liked the way lawbringer looked, but I thought my Evangeline looked pretty good in a full set. :)

Lawbringer was seven different shades of awesome. It reminded me a bit of EQ - in a good way I mean, it was one of the few armor looks that I remember as being totally badass that wasn't rubicite.

Edit: You paladins are never living down banana shoulders though!

Oh yes, I remember leveling in vanilla and even in BC, especially BC, there was this especially sexay red matching set that I would ALWAYS dress my paladins/warriors in...you'd look at it and go "WTF you could stick a sword in her gut it's so revealing" :) I forget the exact name of the set...I wonder if I still have it on my older toons, but it was like a plate thong and red/yellows. :) Very blood elfy. :) Very rowr rowr! And yes, I admit I also like to dress my toons in complete sets...the Scarlet set comes to mind...also the GLIMMERING set. ^_^ That was fun to wear as a paladin it's like "OMG SO MUCH GOLD." :) It was painful to look at, but hey, my paladins got noticed! ^_-
