First would be our "Loot Rules", and allow replies to it. We had a great discussion about it the first time around, so it makes sense to consolidate the 2 rules and some general intent statements to the top of the forum.
E.g.:
Second, to support the previous, would be a copy of Pocky's log of loots for the week. Maybe a different format than the spreadsheet he has- we could just list player & loot won, with a note for items awarded "by default". (I only mention that because we've kept track of that recently, but I daresay it bears further discussion as per the Loot Rules.) So, by this I may mean a sticky with the current week at the top, and previous 3 weeks. Another reason for this is because as we grow, some people will inevitably get benched for a run, or only be able to join on thursdays instead of tuesdays, and we can use it to "share the wealth" by rotating in people that were on the bench recently. Also, will it be useful to track our 10-man runs separately but additionally from our 25's? I'm thinking "maybe."1) Share the wealth! We try to give something to everyone. Once you've won something, let other people roll.
2) Don't be a dick. A.k.a. "loot whore." This may include arguing that an item isn't useful for some class/spec.
