Dom + Andy, did you get my PM? I sent it last night, but this morning it's disappeared from my Sent Messages folder...

Re: Blizzcon 2010
Just so that nobody worries, here's the stuff from the ticket faq:
If you have not entered any information by this time, all attendee names will default to the full name of the Battle.net account holder.
If you do not know the names of the guests you are bringing to BlizzCon and will not know by June 20, put all of the badges under your own name. Bring *all* of the printed bar-code emails, along with your photo ID, to BlizzCon, and you will be able to pick those up all of the badges yourself and distribute them to your guests. Photo ID will only be checked at the time of badge pick-up.

I was referring to others posting their battle.net IDs. But they're gone now anyway.Werehamster wrote:Oh no! The internet knows what my favorite Starcraft race is!

So is it the Cliff/Avri/Dom/Andy Car 'O Doom©®? (Also, has anyone made a hotel booking yet?)

Re: Blizzcon 2010
I am in favor of the guild doing a 25-man raid on a Mongolian BBQ. I expect good loot, considering we'll be doing it with, what, 17? No hard mode, though... just too much.Pocky wrote: Do people want to do a guild dinner or something on the last night of Blizzcon?
Last year we did Mongolian BBQ, which was nice, and they actually had a big enough table for... 12 of us, I think.
If we do want to do a gathering, we should try to figure this out as soon as possible.

San and I are already sharing part of a suite in the Hilton with one of her other friends, and I think that space is filled. Definitely, anyone going to Blizzcon should make their reservations Real Soon!Devinoch wrote:So is it the Cliff/Avri/Dom/Andy Car 'O Doom©®? (Also, has anyone made a hotel booking yet?)

Re: Blizzcon 2010
Last year I stayed at the Clarion. They were inexpensive (~95ish a night). They're across the street from the Hilton and down the street from the convention center(walking distance). They have free internet, but it gets WAY overloaded and I was getting ~5-7k ping times when playing wow. The hotel quality was nothing special but perfectly acceptable. I'd stay there again if I was going again this year. They do charge for parking, but it is in/out.
Re: Blizzcon 2010
I think the mongolian BBQ last year was awful. Let's not go there again.
