It looks like some of the changes will be implemented early in 3.0.9, and we're going to see dual spec's in 3.1 from this morning's update on mmo-champion.

new glyphs & new profession recepies have been posted on mmo-champion. These are obviously still half baked but...
HOT DANG!
The warrior and paly glyphs are almost enough to get me excited about wow again.
