My recent connection issues

So after some testing from Ian, it looks like between the hours of about 7 PM and midnight, our bandwidth dips to less than 16% of what we get at 12:05 AM or 4 PM. That probably means that Astound is capping us during peak hours.

Which sucks. I'm going to try raiding from my DSL at home and see if it's at least going to be consistent enough to avoid disconnection, even if in theory it's slower.

That sounds like something else to call them about. Maybe they can put you on a different circuit or some-such.
