Re: Upcoming 3.1 changes
I'm really glad I haven't spent any talent points yet on my warlock. I still had no clue what I want to do with him, and now they're changing the talents around.
I think I'll leave him to level up with Sukoshi (an old friend of mine that recently transferred his warrior from the PVP server I was originally on) when he gets time to start playing. By then I should have some plan for him.

Re: Upcoming 3.1 changes
Just when I was going to respec so that I could use Crimson Steel for soloing and Anarchy for boss fights, now I have to find 3 points for the new Lightning Reflexes, too. (6% dodge and 10% melee haste? yes please!) I also like how my Savage Combat is getting buffed: going to be +4% physical damage to the raid on anything I poison! /MUAHAHAHAHA
Re: Upcoming 3.1 changes
Some very interesting changes, though I'm not going to pass full judgment until more details are known. One thing I am excited about is the prospect of not having to continually pump HfB. The post doesn't give enough details about it, but we'll see how it shapes up. It also looks like they are doing quite a bit to even out the combat rogues, a much needed change.
More than anything I wish they'd hurry up and get dual specs ready to go. That would be an absolute glorious change for me. It's very expensive to change between PVE and PVP specs =/

Ervin, Andy, and I all are waiting for the same thing as you...Yryche wrote:More than anything I wish they'd hurry up and get dual specs ready to go. That would be an absolute glorious change for me. It's very expensive to change between PVE and PVP specs =/
PS: Did you notice that crit and AP matter as defensive stats for bears? It's awesome!

Re: Upcoming 3.1 changes
I welcome very much the Adrenaline rush, Killing Spree, Savage combat changes. Glad they're changing the cooldown on ARush but not the cooldown of KSpree, since it's important for me to have Blade Flurry and KSpree on the same cooldown. I agree that I do have to consider Lightning Reflexes now and how I can possibly spare 3 points. I very much want to continue Closequarter/Swords hybrid which I currently have 5 and 4 points right now... hmmm what to do...

Paladin preview is up - Kings for everybody! Silences for Prot! It's like Christmas!
...except that I don't know how we're going to juggle rage now that we have to blow a cooldown every 15 seconds or so and skip rotation bits...

Re: Upcoming 3.1 changes
15 seconds is effectively 18 seconds. If you're doing 96969, then swap a 9 for the 18 whenever it's up. In my rotations, ons ingle targets, it'll be consecrate, unless exorcism is up, in which case exorcism.Texaporte wrote:Paladin preview is up - Kings for everybody! Silences for Prot!
