Raid Scheduling Info

This thread is intended to gauge interest in creating a second 10 man raid group on a set of nights other than Tue/Thurs.

If you're interested, please indicate the nights you're available, and the characters (and their roles) you'd be able/willing to bring to any raid group. Also, if you'd prefer to start at a time other than 8 pm pacific time, mention your preferred start time too.

Remember to tell other guildies who are interested in raiding, but who don't visit the forums regularly, or at all, to speak up and make a post.

please post even if you only want to raid on tues/thurs (the second raid will not be on either Tue/Thur obviously).

I'll try to keep the front post updated with players/characters and the days they can raid.

Edit: There may be some confusion about the purpose of a second raid. This is not intended to be an "alt/fresh 80" raid. We may need to include alts to fill the raid, there likely will be some newer 80s, and we may need to insure that people get appropriately geared before sending this raid to Ulduar (mostly ilvl 200+ epics). This means that at least the first couple weeks will likely be Naxx 10/OS 10.

I'm available on mon/weds but not always. Wife will get pissed if I raid too much. In fact I think I cant raid tonight/thurs this week to try to reduce her aggro.

Characters:
Hatta: Priest Disc alt spec is usually pvp but I can spec shadow, I"m not that great at dps though Ulduar ready
Yumeko: Druid Resto/Kitty Cat is horribly undergeared atm with quest blues/greens Resto portion is Naxx sorta ready

yeah, I'm really just talking about in general, and this is just to gauge interest right now, nothing is binding =P

In general, I can raid any night. But for now I voted for the regular Tue/Thu, in addition to Sunday and Monday.

With Ulduar being Tue/Thu, I'm hoping Sunday could be clean-up if necessary.

As for Monday, it really feels like an Naxx/alt night, especially with instances resetting the next day. But we probably should try to get a Naxx10 run on regular schedule, so people who are new 80s or alts don't have to go pugging or wait until Impromptu Naxx Monday, like yesterday's case, in order to go to Naxx. We cleared 4 wings of Naxx10 in less than 3.5 hours, I think. If we start with our normal schedule of 8pm, we can finish the whole thing before midnight.

Camyu: Rogue/dps for Ulduar
Taiga: Enhancement Shammy/dps for Naxx

Camyu is also interested in achievement Naxx10 runs such as Less Is More (=Naxx8) or the Undying.

Well, the idea is to initiate a second raid, and then make sure everyone is geared enough to step into Ulduar in that raid. Ideally, we wind up with 2 current tier content raids. The primary raid should not take precedence over the secondary raid on nights that it's scheduled (wouldn't be fair to the people in the secondary raid who aren't alts of the primary raid).

Remember this isn't going to be a "let's do naxx for alts on off nights" raid, it's a "let's get ready for/do ulduar with a second group" raid. In addition, if you're bringing a character to both raids, I'm inclined to consider both characters mains.
