Twin Ogron (normal)

I strongly recommend learning this fight in LFR. The execution is identical, especially for dealing with the ground fire. It is not a DPS race, especially if you can clear Tectus/Brackenspore/H.Kargath. It is an execution check.
Key mechanics:
- Quake
- Enfeebling Roar
- Interrupting Shout
- Whirlwind
Quake (ie ground fire) - Entire raid needs to learn how to dance around the flames. Predicting their path is counter-intuitive but possible. Tanks should try and position the bosses in line with the weapons, so as to avoid 1 wpn's worth of flames. Note that WW happens after Quake.
Enfeebling Roar - Entire raid should stack on Phemos. Happens after WW. Only concern is if it happens to line up with Pulverize (which is a spread mechanic).
Interrupting Shout - The lock out is more severe in normal. Call it out before it happens and casters of all stripes (especially healers) can avoid the interruption.
Whirlwind - This is a killer mechanic but can be totally handled by the Phemos tank. Simply move him out of the raid well before the cast. I recommend a Warrior tank (Heroic Leap FTW). Tanks without mobility abilities will have to start thinking about moving him as soon as he finishes casting quake. Note that there will still be fire on the ground then. Waiting for ground fire to fully clear will not leave you enough time to move him far enough for his WW to be clear of the raid. While He continues to follow the tank around during WW, but does not move quickly. Basically, when Phemos starts to cast WW, he should be 20+ yds away from the raid.
Oh, and the tank can survive in the WW with CD's.
I've left out 2 mechanics (both cast by Pol): Shield Charge and Pulverize. I left these out because they require less raid co-ordination/are less likely to wipe you. Don't stand in Shield Charge's path (this mechanic is used by the trash in front of Twins. And keep loosely spread out during Pulverize.
