This guy is basically the same exact fight as normal~! Just hits a little harder and has a little more life.
Biggest difference I saw: Stand team takes more dmg. Away tank should be proactive on defensive CDs to survive. Stepping away from the iron bombers corpses quickly is critical, as their bombs will 1 shot DPS, and is more challenging than in normal, as the iron grunts' dmg and slow is more severe.
Kargath's Beserker Rush (where he fixates and must be kited into a fire) feels like it moves faster than in normal as well, but that's hardly a problem is people pre-position for it (as we have already been doing).
