Having as many of the class buffs you can get is rather important, as usual.

Last raid I was only doing around 12k on a mostly stationary target but last night with some appropriate buffs I was up around 18k with the same equipment.

Hopefully we can get a nice balance of classes to the raids.

My rogue will be there in a week or so to contribute his unique buff (boggle - sole rogue main).
