Raiding in Mists of Pandaria

Hello everyone.

Since we're beginning to get more folks at 90, I'm checking to see who is interested this time around. I am, of course. I will update the list as people speak up. Right now, I figure we can do 10-person runs, but we'll see how many people are interested and available.

Please note your character's name, class, and spec(s).

Also, I'd like to suggest a start time of 9 PM. This gives folks some time to do dailies and such, and admittedly, gives me time to actually get home. (:/ ) I will, however, abide with the majority on this.

TANKS
* Salessa (Warrior, Prot/Fury) - not 90 yet
* Ajaxis (Death Knight, Blood/Frost)
* Calycemett (Warrior, Prot/Fury)

HEALERS
* Werehamster (Druid, Restoration/Feral)
* Shadowturkey (Paladin, Holy/Retribution)

DPS
* Freynei (Mage, ???/???)
* Archetrix (Druid, Balance/Restoration)
* Kashir (Rogue, Combat/???)
* Korhelm (Warrior, Fury/Prot?) - not 90 yet
* Chayin (Shaman, Elemental/Restoration)

Let's aim for at least trying on 10/16/2012. Please try to have flasks, food, enchants and gems, addons (Deadly Boss Mods or something similar) and the Mumble client (http://mumble.sourceforge.net/) ready.

As always, in.

It seems like I've settled on heal/dps as my two specs, healing primary as usual.

Still on my prot/fury warrior Calycemett.

Note: I will be out for 3 weeks in November (traveling through Europe), so i'll be missing out on juicy progression.

Looks like we're still missing 3.... I stuck people into tank/healers positions first... since we all mostly have a dps offspec as well

Calycemett (Warrior, Prot/Fury)

HEALERS
Shadowturkey (Pally, Holy/Ret)

Archetryx (Druid, Resto/Boom)

DPS
Freynei (Mage, Crap dps/crappier dps)

I believe that we will have Hildur on Ishildur (Hunter), Tony on Daewen (Rogue), and Scott on Chayin (Shaman) as well.

I'd guess we'll be trying two tanks, two healers, six DPS, with one DPS able to heal if need be.

Ultimately, the makeup of the raid will be determined by the people who are both interested (this list, thanks pocky for setting it up btw :D ) AND available at the designated time.

Historically, we've gone through various signup processes (forum planning/in game calendar) with varied success. In the end, the raids form up pretty organically (chaotically?) with the folks online.

So to get back to Pocky's orginal post's second point: Official Raid Start Time.

I personally second the motion to push it to 9 PM PST on Tuesday nights. I do know that in the past, this time slot has made it difficult for some guildies in different time zones, so we may want to bring this up in game, on a Tuesday night (as the forum still has questionable guild penetration).

To balance pushing the start time back, I propose the following penalty: Being late to raid will be dealt severely with raging marmots, flipped tables, and whatever other obnoxious tricks blizzard makes available. (i'm talking in game obviously... plz don't physically assault your guild mates folks...)
