Rank Organization

So basically, this is how I think we should organize the ranks... pretty much based on what we have in Schadenfreude.
Recruit (non-vouched for): This rank is a temporary rank until they have a member note and/or someone has vouched for them
Alt
Main
Officers
The current rank "Member" will be changed to "Alt." The "Lieutenant" rank will be changed to "Main." Those who have decided on their main can ask an officer to set their rank to "Main." Main rank will have permissions to set their alt rank from "recruit" to "alt." The "Main" rank also have the ability to do guild invites.
Officers should be ready to act as basically information brokers, answering any questions like...
"Are we recruiting?" (No, we don't recruit. Members are only invited if you personally know them and can vouch for their behavior.)
"What's mumble?" (It's vent with less lag and it's FREE)
"What are loot rules?" (In guild groups, it's main before alts. If all mains greed/pass, you may ask the group if you want it for your alt. If multiple people want it for their alts, then do a roll. "Don't be a dick.")
"Hey, this is so-and-so, can I get an invite?" (Set their note if they don't)
If you see you are an officer and aren't comfortable with the role, please let me know.
Duties of the current guildmaster includes threatening to abdicate to Dom or Len and probably doing so eventually.
Any thoughts or objections?
