Anyone know if Tier 8 and Tier 8.5 will be avail as emblem purchase? And if so, what emblems? Would they be new emblems avail only from Ulduar or our current heroism/valor emblems?

Well, following the current way instance / raid emblems are obtained and the equipment that is purchasable with those tokens, I'd think it would be logical to assume that if you can buy 8 / 8.5 items, it will require some sort of new and shiny emblem from Ulduar.

I believe they are called Emblems of Conquest.

If they follow the same model, you can buy T8 tokens with Emblems of Valor and T8.5 tokens with Emblems of Conquest. (T8 being on the same level as T7.5)
