Shadowmourne and the loot therein

So, Dom suggested I bring this up on the forums, which I am now doing. I aim to complete the last stage of the Shadowmourne quest chain (now that I HAVE Shadowmourne) and that means downing 25 man Lich King. It shouldn't be too hard - we have an instance ready with everything down and clear except him, so we can skip all the stuff if we want and go straight to the end. And after I turn in the last step of the Shadowmourne quest, I get a box of goodies, which I'm mostly going to distribute to the raid. This now becomes a question of how. Let's go through the loot contained herein:

* Reins of the Crimson Deathcharger - A brand new mount that looks like the Death Knight's class mount.
* Muradin's Favor - A 10-minute Frost Dwarf transformation. (Not the Iron Dwarf - Frost Dwarves look quite different)
* Jaina's Locket - A portal to Dalaran on a 1-hour cooldown, you finally have your own pocket mage!
* Tabard of the Lightbringer - A tabard with a very shiny on-use effect. (Oh, the LIGHT! IT BURNS!)
* Sylvanas' Music Box - A music box that plays Lament of the Highborne (and summons Banshees!)

So, as the guy who's done all this massive amount of work and PUGs to get to this point, I think it's fair that I claim first pick, and I'm obviously going to take the mount, as I'm a mount whore. But that still leaves four very cool pieces of flavor loot to be distributed. I think we can bang out 25 man LK pretty quickly on a Tuesday night, since we can basically go straight there, and we outgear the fuck out of it. How do we want to handle the extra loot? It's all flavor loot without really having any significant gameplay, so we could just do open roll for anyone who's there, and ask only people who will actually use/regularly play with this stuff to roll on it. Or it could just be total open roll. Or we could do something else entirely. (I know Dom has a serious jonesin' for the tabard.) Basically, the only thing that I seriously want (although all of it is pretty cool) is the mount, so as long as I get that, then I'm find with whatever decision we reach regarding the rest.

Note also that while we do this, we can push for someone else's Shadowmourne too - has anyone else gotten to the point where they can pick up fragments, though? (Pocky, I'm looking at you)

I thought Pocky was at the shards phase... Snowclaw is at the Blood Queen phase (then Sindragosa).

If we're starting and doing a full ICC25 run, we can also try and pick up as many achievements as possible along the way.

Well, post up a desired time, I'll go regardless of loot. If chosen for a loots, I'd be interested in anything but the locket as I already splurged on a ring.

If I get to go on this 25 man run, the only piece of loot that I am interested to roll is the music box because I'm a big Sylvanas fan.

I'm willing to go. I'd like to see the event. I'll pass on the loot. I'm not playing much these days.

I'm willing to help, although I'm not interested in any of the loot. My only currency at this point is favors.

I'm willing to go. I'd like to start from scratch and go for achievements if that's a possibility. Also, if we attempt this on Heroic mode, I wouldn't half mind riding around on Invincible ;)

Let me know when. I'll make time for it.

I've still never seen the end, so if I can make it, I'm interested. Bao has Tue - Thur off, so I might be able to come this week.
