Important combat rating to percent conversions

I had a difficult time finding this information, so I thought I'd try to consolidate it all in one easy to find place.
Melee hit: ~120.04 = 1% spell hit
expertise: ~30.01 = 1 expertise
Spell hit: ~102.1 = 1% spell hit
So, to hit the various caps:
Melee hit 2h and yellow(8%): 961
Melee hit 2h draenei(7%): 841
Expertise: 781
Expertise with racial bonus (3 expertise): 691
Spell Hit (17%): ~1734 (this may not be correct, but should at the very least be close
Spell Hit Cap as Draenei (16%): ~1632
I'll add more later, and feel free to add your own data, since I don't know the conversion for hit rating to spell hit.
