Damn those mammoths

The guy over that mmo-champion mentioned something useful that I didn't know about.

So if there's a ton of people on top of your quest giver, or someone with a mammoth is standing on him... you just /target <name> and hit your interact binding. I wonder if you can type /interact when your targeting someone. I'll have to try it out tonight.
This should be a big help when questing.
Also, an useful reminder. Binding your "interact with target" key and using it after doing /target "NPC Name" is your only chance to quest.
