Paladins in 4.x

Here are the absolute basics for prot. The same basic principle applies for Ret, but I'm sticking with what I know. If a holy paladin can insert how the new healing world is, that'd be awesome.
Spec at 80:
0/31/4, 1 floating point, 1 point in Word of Glory that can go anywhere you want to climb to 31 in prot. I personally put it in Imp. HoJ because I like it.
- Grand Crusader is useless unless you can get it to proc regularly (within 9 seconds, to be exact)
- Prime Glyphs: Seal of Truth, Shield of the Righteous, Judgement/HotR (switch depending on which you want to do more)
- Major Glyphs: Holy Wrath, Hammer of Justice, Whatever (Avenger's Shield is popular if you only have 1 target, Consecration for 3+)
- Minor Glyphs: LoH, BoK, BoM
Rotation: 3939.
3: Single target = Crusader Strike. Multiple targets = Hammer of the Righteous.
9: Single target = Judgement, Avenger's Shield/Holy Wrath, Shield of the Righteous. Multiple targets = Whatever the hell you can hit that has multiple targets. Spam tab if you're having problems and hit someone with a 20k Shield of the Righteous.
This is actually pretty non-negotiable, because if you get them out of order you'll get colliding cooldowns. If you mess up you can always hit Consecration or something to fill time, but you want to look as close to this as possible:
CS -> Judgement -> CS -> AS -> CS -> ShoR -> CS -> Judgement -> CS -> HW -> CS -> ShoR, repeat.
Break it down into numbers and it looks a lot cleaner.
1 2 1 3 1 5 1 2 1 4 1 5
The same kind of rotation applies to multi-target, with HotR replacing CS and Consecration fitting in there whenever you can afford it. Tab to something with low threat before hitting AS, since the damn thing hits like a truck.
Pulling:
- Exorcism on single targets
- Avenger's Shield on multiple targets, remembering to use HW instead of AS for the first run of the rotation. Since Consecration is so effing expensive now, make sure you use it when they're almost on you but before you can CS them.
Gearing:
- Reforge Mastery until dodge + parry + block + 5 = 102.4 (Remember that number from BC?)
- When block capped, add back dodge and parry, whichever is the most effective point-for-point at any given time.
- Gem and enchant Stammmmmm! Agi is bad now, Str is fine for threat with an okayish parry kicker, dodge rating/parry rating are both good.
