Rare-Elites of Outland and Northrend

For everyone hunting down rare-elites for Medium Rare, Bloody Rare, Northern Exposure, and Frostbitten, here's some useful stuff I've dug up off wowhead and other sources.
First, macros! To fit in 255 chars, these may give a couple false positives, but otherwise work.
A note about Fulgorge in Hellfire Peninsula: he's a burrowing worm, so can't be targeted by the macro (unless he's dead). Just look for a larger-than-usual turbulent rock area along his patrol paths.
