Returning to set schedules

I was informed this morning that our Icecrown 10-mans are a bit TOO freeform, and people are afraid of missing them. That means we're going to try and make our scheduling a bit more predictable for people.
7 PM Tuesday: freeform weekly. Weekly often takes only 20 minutes, sometimes less and sometimes more (fuck you, Ignus). We'll often do this as an undermanned 25-man raid. 10-mans come freely after that, we all have plenty of alts who are g eared for old instances.
8 PM Tuesday: Main 25-man raid night. Starts at 8 PM promptly, assuming people are there. IF they aren't, we're going to clear trash starting at 8 PM in order to be ready. Marrowgar trash takes about 20 minutes, but rep is important enough that we want you there early.

Wednesday: Day off. 10-man weeklies, 10-man ToC, etc. can go here, but don't feel obligated to show up since it's not a major raid day.
7-8 PM Thursday (negotiable): Main 25-man ToC 25.
8 PM Thursday: Main 10-man Icecrown 10, 2 simultaneous runs usually.
Friday: Day off.
weekend: 10-man IC10 for people who couldn't make Thursday - this is negotiable and often is negotiated. We also try to sneak in some 10-man cleanup on weekends.
Let me know if this sounds about right, it's mostly codifying a schedule we had already.
