A reminder: Keep it friendly on Vent

It's been getting pretty stressful in IC10 with new content coming up and it being tuned for much more geared/dedicated raiding guilds than ours.
But you must always remember this: we are a guild of friends. We still make mistakes, and it doesn't help muchto yell at people for making a mistake that they already know about. I've been guilty of this myself a few times and I don't like it when it happens. I've made a conscious effort to turn any shouts and curses into helpful suggestions or notifications, like "Remember, don't stand so close to the boss" or "hey guys, don't run too far during the bone storm or you won't get heals." It's hard, but I'm making the effort and I think I feel better at the end of the day for it.
Now, when you make the mistake for the 10th time or so, then I might bark a bit; still, patience is a virtue, understanding is a key to keeping a guild together, and above all, remember that we are playing a game with each other. Tensions will naturally rise higher during new content because we're dying a lot, but keeping a cool head and a positive outlook helps everyone.
Just a friendly reminder from your friendly raid leader. Who sometimes isn't so friendly, but is working on it.
