Bear tanking rotation

This is for my own notes - paladin tanking rotations are pretty straightforward once you realize what's a 6, what's a 9, and which are the best ones to skip if you need to hit Divine Plea, Sacred Shield, or any other cooldown.

Bears are confusing and strange to me, and I got a taste for it when I tanked with Wulfstan in a normal instance the other day.

The Imp Mangle build does this:

1) Lacerate
2) Mangle
3) FFF
4) Swipe
5) Mangle
6) Swipe
7) FFF
8) Mangle
9) Swipe
(repeat from 1)

Is there any good way of parsing this so I remember, or should I just write it on a post-it and write "Remember to Maul" on it?

This is what I do for single target:

0. Start with berserk, spam mangle and maul until the buff wears off.
1. Keep Maul queued up (unless you are rage starved then skip) - Its on a different GCD so just spam it.
2. Mangle on cooldown
3. FFF on cooldown
4. Lacerate until you have 5 on a target then swipe. Don't let the Lacerate stack fall off.
5. Demo roar if your really bored, it doesn't do much for threat.

AoE tanking:

1. Keep Maul queued up
2. Swipe, tab, swipe, tab, swipe, tab, swipe
3. Watch for threat as you tab around, use mangle if dps is close
