Mimiron Hard Mode

Just some observations from our current runs on Mimiron normal: Last night we finished it in 8:46, which is good because in hard mode his enrage timer is 10 minutes instead of 15; it might be bad because in hard mode all vehicles have +30% health.
Rather than explain some hardmode strategy, I shall recommend the standard reading for Firefighter, and accompanying video, with emphasis on noting how they control flame growth towards the outside of the room, and handling the Emergency Fire Bots. Otherwise, it seems to be the same amount of paying attention to the situation- shock blast, PEWx2, nuclear launch, ddiaf.
