Progression & hard modes

Now that Yogg's been downed, it brings up the question of where the raid's (progression) time should be focused. The options are: tackle the new instance or existing hard modes. Please keep in mind that deciding to work on ulduar hard modes in all likelyhood will lock out the later part of ulduar for most guildies.
Encounters:
Northrend beast
Flame Laviathan (probably should attempt 3 towers before 4)
XT (do we have sufficient dps to even attempt this?)
Iron Council (probably should attempt runemaster last before steelbreaker last)
hodir (don't know if we ever did this. Devinoch has the gear from it, did it come from a PUG?)
Thorim (we were within ~5 second of activating this one 2 weeks ago)
Freya (probably can start keeping up a guardian)
The following encounters we still have a hard time doing normally. NOT up for hard mode consideration.
Mimiron
General
Yogg
Also, since we now have easy content that can be farmed for badges and raid ID's can be extended... Should we move back to 1 night progression, 1 night farm? I think so. If we do, we should alternate nights for people who can only make one night. This is of course assuming that attendance remains what it is.
We should also require people to bring mains to progression night. Farm night is, of course, alt friendly.
