Getting back into raiding

I've been out of touch for a little while and I'm gonna get back into raiding this Thursday and beyond, but I'm just checking (for me and anyone else out there with the same question) if my Naxx gear is good enough for our progression runs. Logos is Naxx-25 geared for the most part, so I assume he'll be OK, if not stellar, but I guess the question is: how much far gone are all you Ulduar-10 or 25 folks from the rest? What should be a minimum for folks to start participating in progression runs? And a second question: are people willing to let some alts run for the first part of Ulduar if we switch back to mains for the harder fights? And finally: if some alts start to get good enough, what are some good classes people would like to see on our runs (I know this question was asked in a different forum, but I wanted to see if we had too many or too little of some classes on our progression runs lately)?

Thanks.

Ulduar 10 is meant to be completed by people in Naxx 10 gear, so if you've got ilvl 200 or better epics in almost every slot you're fine.

Personally, I'd like to see people bringing just their mains to raids, because I'd really like to get a second raid going on a different set of nights for the people that are either unable to attend Tues/Thurs or unable to get into the current raid because of space issues. I'm not sure if we've got enough unique active raiders to do that, but I'm sure we've got enough characters if we factor in alts. Ideally we'd end up splitting our current experienced raid group, because I know that some of us can raid more than just Tue/Thur, whereas some of the people who don't make it into the raid regularly can only raid Tue/Thur. In fact, there's an entire thread on just that topic, you, AND EVERYONE ELSE, should post the nights that they are available to raid and their level 80 characters in it.
