Flag in EOTS.
You don't need the orphan out until you deliver the flag at the base.
Flag in WSG
You have to be the one the game recognizes as the flag returner after an enemy has dropped it while your orphan is out.
Arathi Basin cap
You need to have your orphan out when you click a flag in AB and the cast finishes. Doesn't matter if it's capped by the opposite side or not capped at all (gray)
Alterac Valley cap
You have to have your orphan out as you click the enemy's tower flag and finish the cast. You don't have to wait for it to belong to your faction. Remember the tower's in the enemy's base are also possible in the achievement.
