I have the reckless ember topaz (20int/20haste).
Cefira's has
Destructive Shadowspirit (i might be the only one in guild that has this) 54crit+1%spellreflect
Agi
Agi/Mastery
Agi/Hit
Int
Int/Haste
Int/Spirit is next...
I think those were the popular ones that people already got anyway.
