What about combining faster raids with faster looting?

What I mean is, at this stage of our raids, if it's something you think you might want, stay behind. If it's not what you want, go to the next trash pull spot. Tank at next trash pull make sure there are enough healers then pull. At the same time, loot is distributed to those WHO STAYED BEHIND to /roll. If you're not there, that means you automatically pass. MLs don't need to spend extra time to ask if you want it or not.

In fact, there's no reason anyone should stay behind except for the master looter and whomever is tracking the distribution of drops. Master looter can give out the items regardless of where in the instance you are. Optimally we'll down the boss then immediately get moving on to the next set of trash.

The only people who should be staying behind are me and Dom - Dom since he's master looter and me because it's hard to tank and type on a separate program at the same time. ^_^;
