I thought it was minimum number as well...thus the "quota" part. I think it was both min and max, we had to hit that exact number and no more.....

I could be wrong though.

Well, one way or another, the quota was met last night.

Its quota as used in the international trade meaning. Does that mean we should impose penalties for deaths beyond the quota? How about just a general gnomish death tariff?

OHhhhhhh, okay....I was wondering about that.

I thought it was quota as in fishing. Meaning, we just throw the gnome deaths that weren't up to our standards overboard and keep killing till we get enough quality deaths.
