In terms of scheduling, here's what I've suggested...

Tues: ToC25 first, then break into ToGC10 and ToC10. People shouldn't worry too much if they aren't in the ToGC team for a little bit. Hard modes are hard. I understand lots of people want the loot, but we need to get this completed more than once before we start calling it "easy mode." But seeing how fast we're completing ToC25, doing ToGC10 that same night shouldn't be too out of the question.

Thurs: Uld25, as long as we have the people. If we don't, well, more ToC10, or even starting a second ToGC10 team.

If we can't finish Tuesday night, my preference is to continue Sunday. I can't do Mondays. I think we need to push for these hard modes, but I can understand not everyone wanting to deal with the smaller margin of error. That's not me, though. I'm definitely not hardcore, but I prefer to be pushing the harder stuff.

I realize I'm not that important of a component to progression, but I really don't enjoy harsh criticism; it stresses me out, which makes me do even worse, etc. If I am doing something specific that needs to be changed, then I am happy to be told of that; for example if you feel I may be unaware of some mechanic. Being berated because I died to standing in a fire just makes me feel even worse; of course I know I shouldn't. This activity is something I do for fun; I want to do my best at it, because I want you guys to have fun too. My sucking would mean you aren't going to have a fun night, which I would like to avoid. So, I study my rotations and plan out my gear, I read strat guides and so forth- in general I feel I am doing my best; positive motivation to bring up the energy level and focus is great. Yelling, however, sucks.
