Well, we have a NorCal site suggested by Kevin, what SoCal locations do we have and how many people can be hosted?

Next issue is when to have it!

I can offer my place for party hosting in SoCal. 90065 - Mount Washington, it's just east of Silver Lake/Echo Park and Hollywood.

2/3rds of my entertaining space however, are decks. So I can host 100 people for a party easily, but I don't have much for crash space except the living room sofa and floor (hardwood).

I'm trying to work out a business trip to socal in May...I'd like to get together then. I'll find out the details and post soon.

Down here, we have me, Katy, Wynne, Cenon, Greg, and Byron, I believe. (others too, but I'm not 100% sure who)

The main question becomes "where to hold the get-together?" if we do it down here.

The question of where still hasn't been answered yet.

Last year, we had it at Ian/Jes/Matt/Dom's place, on Fanime weekend.

I'd personally prefer for it to be down here this year, for a variety of reasons. Probably not the same weekend, though, since a fair number of our group go to that convention.
