Yet Another Hack, GB pilfered.

The account of Ian2 Reiss came on today, exclusively to remove some items from the GB. In the midst of the pilfering I demoted all his alts to initiate. Losses are 16 primal nether(bc item), 2 Spellcloth (bc item), 19 frozen orbs, 20 dream shards, 2 plans for Saronite Swordbreakers. The GM ticket has been submitted by me.

He quit the game before we urged everyone to get authenticators. His characters were only demoted as far as 'alt' during the last event.

If he quit so long ago, I wonder why his account was being hacked just now.

Maybe he has recycled his login info for some other game/website which he was keylogged. And interestingly enough, there is precedent for a hacked account being reactivated via other payment means. So yes, apparently the goldseller's market is lucrative enough that they don't mind paying for an already-levelled account to go bot-farming and cleaning out the banks.
