Too funny...a little advice for those transferring shortly. Don't plan to run a Herioc 30 seconds after you log in....otherwise as mentioned you will cat-dps in healing gear and to make it worse...in Resto spec...that does not translate to great DPS btw....

I'm Greg, live in Orange County and married Kim, to another cousin of Dom's. I play Norfolk (Ret Palidud as of WotLK) and generally only play 1 to 2 nights a week now.

I'm Maria also known as "Akane" by Dom and a few others in the guild. My main is Tsukiki, a balance druid. I rolled alliance on here because some of my RL friends were on here, Dom, Andy, Wynne, Cenon, Rich(Pocky), John(Pomru) to name a few. Others know me from my time on EFNet #anime! and #fansubs. I was once very active in the anime fandom/convention community, but I have since retired after having two kids and doing my staffing stint. I'm married to Scott (aka Chayin, a resto shaman in Schaedenfreude) and we have two kids, Jason (7) and Emily(4). We live in a suburb of Chicago and like to raid late cause that is when the kids are asleep.

I started out as Horde on Stormscale(PvP) server, but transferred most of them to Arygos(PvE) server. My horde side raiding has since kinda fizzled as the guild I am in only does 10 mans and the sign-ups are always overfull. So, I've re-directed my focus to Uldum where I have actually gotten way more raid time in high level instances than any other server/guild I have been on. I started playing World of Warcraft in Feb 2006 and sometimes have a bout of alt-itis every once in a while.

I also have alts/toons on Argent Dawn(alliance) and Arygos(horde). I am currently trying out and playing the newest MMO, Aion by NCSoft and play Akane on the Lumiel server as Elyos together with Scott.

I'm fairly active, mostly on raid nights, but you can probably find me watching a lot of TV on hulu.com and I have a very active Facebook account.

I'm actually interested in intros from the newcomers as well. I think I heard another female voice in tonight's Ulduar 25. I'm always up for female players as there seem to be very few of us.
